How to convert PLN to CAD
There is only one number you need to convert PLN to CAD: the rate the market is quoting. On 18 August 2026 that rate is 0.372824, so:
CAD = PLN × 0.372824
To go from CAD back to PLN, divide by the same rate. Put another way, 2.6822 Polish Zloty to the Canadian Dollar.
The converter at the top of this page does both directions and updates as you type. Every result is recalculated on the server as well, so the number you see is the number that gets stored.
About the Polish Zloty and the Canadian Dollar
The Polish Zloty (PLN, symbol zł) is the currency of Poland. The Canadian Dollar (CAD, symbol C$) is the currency of Canada.
The two are quoted against each other constantly, so the rate moves throughout the trading day. What you see is the market midpoint, updated once a day. A bank or bureau will quote something a little worse.
Worked PLN to CAD examples
A price tag. Something marked zł50 comes to 18.6412 CAD. Round to 19 CAD for a quick mental check while you are standing in the shop.
A monthly salary. zł3,000 a month is 1118.47 CAD — useful when you are comparing a job offer across the two markets. Bear in mind the rate moves, so a figure agreed today will not be the figure paid out in six months.
Going the other way. If you are holding C$1,000 and want to know what it buys in Polish Zloty, that is 2682.23 PLN. The converter handles both directions — use the swap button between the two fields.
Watch the margin. At a bureau charging 3%, your zł500 would fetch roughly 180.82 CAD instead of 186.41 CAD. That gap is what the mid-market rate on this page lets you spot.
As of 18 August 2026, 0.372824 Canadian Dollars buys what one Polish Zloty does. That figure is pulled from a public reference feed once a day.
At today's rate, 100 Polish Zloty come to 37.282394 CAD. The converter handles any amount, in either direction.
Almost certainly not. What you see here is the mid-market rate, the midpoint of the market. Every retail provider takes a cut on top of it. The value of knowing the mid-market figure is being able to measure that cut.
